The owners of Big Rock Charters, LLC and Chablis are Zoey Andres, Annie Clapp and Shasta Rouch. Zoey has nine years of experience in the food industry, serving for several years as an event coordinator. Zoey’s husband Paul does a lot of the work behind the scenes on board. Annie is classically trained in front-of-the-house and kitchen management. She and her husband Rodney, also a chef, prepare the exquisite meals served on Chablis. The third partner, Annie’s sister Shasta, is presently serving in the armed forces with the US Navy. Zoey and Annie have seven children between them and loving support from their extensive families living near and far. Chablis was delivered from its previous home in San Francisco Bay on April 5, 2007.
