The owners of Big Rock Charters, LLC and Chablis are  Annie Clapp and Shasta Rouch. Our Executive chef  Rodney Clapp is married to Annie, (they met at cooking school), is classically trained in front-of-the-house and kitchen management.  Shasta is presently serving in the armed forces with the US Navy.  Annie and Rodney have four children. There is a good chance you will see one or more as you enjoy the Chablis, as they all help out.  The Chablis  was delivered from its previous home in San Francisco Bay on April 5, 2007.

Big Rock Charters, LLC is a member of the Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce and the San Luis Obispo County Visitors and Conference Bureau.
